At CHOC, we are proud that the Thompson Autism Center is one of the only co-occurring centers in Southern California, serving as a “Medical Home” for many of our patients. Our specialized programs, including the Fragile X Center of Excellence and the RETT Center of Excellence, are designed to provide comprehensive care and early diagnosis for children under six years of age.

The CHOC Foundation’s mission is to ensure critical centers like the Thompson Autism Center have the support needed to continue providing exceptional care tailored to each child’s unique requirements. This is made possible through the generosity of our community, which enables us to offer care regardless of a family’s ability to pay and to create an environment where kids can continue to be kids even while facing health challenges.
